SingleHop specializes in dedicated and managed hosting services, offering both Unix- and Windows-based options for its customers.
Unix-based dedicated servers support both CentOS (4.x) and Debian operating systems and are available in three packages: the S-P430X, the S-CDUO and the S-E2200, all of which come with 250 gigabytes of disk space and 5000 gigabytes of bandwidth. The S-P430X features an Intel Pentium 4 3.0 GHz Hyper-Threaded processor, while the S-CDUO comes with an Intel Conroe Core2Duo E6320 Dual-Core 1.86 GHz processor and the S-E2200 uses an Intel Pentium Allendale E2200 2.2 Ghz Dual-Core processor.
Among the Windows-based dedicated server plans are the S-P430X, the S-CDUO and the S-E2200, all of which offer 250 gigabytes of disk space and 5000 gigabytes of bandwidth and provide the same processor options as the Unix-based servers.
SingleHop’s general managed dedicated server plans come with IMAP, POP & SMTP email services; DNS (BIND); HTTP (Apache on Linux, IIS or Apache on Windows); Apache add-ons and modules; MySQL; Java/JSP/Servlets and support for Apache Tomcat; a variety of third-party scripts and software; and control panel updates and software management. All general managed server plans also offer two hours of system administrator trouble-shooting time per month, with add-on options for more time.
SingleHop also offers custom clusters and complex hosting, semi-managed dedicated servers, Microsoft Silverlight setup services, a la carte services and an affiliate program.
